I’m renting a bed in a triple room in a spacious apartment located near the Perugia train station, on Via Settevalli. The 200 sqm apartment consists of 6 rooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 bathrooms (both with showers). The apartment is furnished with essential appliances, including a washing machine, oven, microwave, and fridge. It also has independent heating.
Conveniently located near the minimetro, train station, bus stop, and taxi rank. Nearby services include supermarkets (Lidl, Coop, Conad…), cafes, pharmacies, post office, bank, and the "Parco Vittime delle Foibe."
The apartment has 6 rooms in total, with a large kitchen and one large bathroom and one medium bathroom. Currently, I live here along with other girls, but sometimes male roommates also stay.
