La camera si affaccia sul cortile del residence, è ampia e luminosa. Rifinita in ogni particolare, con parquet, letto matrimoniale (oppure due singoli), armadio, libreria, scrivania, comodini, due sedie e piccola toilette. E' silenziosa perché lontana dal soggiorno e cucina. L’appartamento é molto accogliente per avere tranquillità e indipendenza, perché ha solo due camere e l’altra camera è occupata dal proprietario che spesso é assente per motivi di lavoro. Inoltre il bagno con vasca può essere considerato quasi a uso esclusivo dell’ospite.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
