It is located on the fourth floor of the residence (there is no elevator).

It has private bathroom, kitchenette with electric hobs, equipped with pots, pans and dishes.

TV, safe, wardrobe, desk. Wifi, air conditioning.

The water is heated by central gas boiler that serves the whole building (hot water and heating in winter).

Bedroom with a big closet and some shelts and drawers.

There is a terrace with beautiful panoramic views.

With an attic, the ceiling is sloping. The central point is about 3 meters, the lowest of 1.80 m.
