ffittasi un monolocale a studenti o lavoratori (con contratto a t. determinato) a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Perugia, vicino alle Facoltà di Agraria e Veterinaria. E' composto da un ambiente piuttosto ampio in cui c'è: soggiorno e angolo cottura, un letto matrimoniale, un armadio, un bagno ed è adatto per un singolo, una coppia, due amici. E' completamente arredato: è stato completamente rinnovato nella parte del mobilio e degli interni della zona giorno, che sono molto accoglienti, colorati e vivaci (rinnovo della struttura in muratura, cucina, grande armadio a due ante separate scorrevoli). C'è la lavatrice, asciugatrice, deumidificatore (necessario nei mesi invernali in quanto è presente a tratti umidità e quindi aiuta nella prevenzione della stessa nel monolocale), il televisore e tutto ciò che è necessario per vivere bene. E' presente la connessione ad internet in fibra. Si trova a piano terra, in una zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, vicinissimo a Piazzale Europa. Ideale per studenti delle Facoltà di Agraria, Veterinaria, Scienze Motorie, NID. Negozi nelle vicinanze. Il prezzo del monolocale è di 430€/mese + spese. Le spese sono : acqua ( 30€/mese), luce e gas (in base alla bolletta), tassa dei rifiuti (10€/mese/inquilino). Il condominio non si paga ma è necessario rispettare scrupolosamente il regolamento condominiale . C'è la connessione ad internet in fibra e se si vuole utilizzare viene 20 €/mese) Richiesto deposito di due mensilità. Non è possibile tenere animali.
Si stipula un regolare contratto di affitto (non è possibile prendere la residenza) ++a cui allegare la copia del documentazione attestante iscrizione all'università++ / contratto di lavoro a t.determinato . Si richiede serietà, rispetto per gli ambienti interni e del regolamento condominiale
