Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, with independent entrance located 9 minutes walk from the airport of Pisa-Galileo Galilei and 7 minutes walk from the Central Station.
The area is well connected by public transport, thanks to which you can reach all the points of interest in the city.
In addition to the enviable location, the property is equipped with every comfort, including the presence of a parking lot.
The space
The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs.
The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with armchair, sofa bed a piazza and a half, dining table and TV 42";
