The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a patio.

The inside is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, planetary mixer, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, desk, 42-inch TV and sofa; - PATIO with umbrella, table and chairs, barbecue and closet with washing machine;

-> UPPER FLOOR: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom and on the ground floor), independent heating, washing machine, insect screens, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: - The outdoor patio/garden is shared with the next apartment; therefore please be respectful of your neighbors; - A very docile cat lives in the outdoor spaces; it is possible to feed him (food in the external closet). Please pay attention to closing doors and windows if you do not want the cat to enter the house. - The stairs to the bedroom are steep.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
