- Payment methods: bank transfer;
- Each property has an Admin Fee that will be the equivalent of 10% of the monthly rent
- Guests are required to fill out a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in.
- Check-in between 15:00 (3 PM) and 21:00 (9 PM).
- LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
