Set in the Sé neighborhood, 5 min walk away from the Church of Saint Ildefonso, this apartment with comfortable furniture is perfect for your stay! It comes fully equipped to perfectly accommodate our guests, ideal for couples looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway or family/friends hoping to explore our UNESCO World Heritage City together!
The apartment is located in Sé, a neighborhood situated right above Ribeira. There are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop. It is the best neighborhood in Porto for solo travelers, young couples, or friends traveling together.
The apartment itself comprises of: COMMON AREA Common area a comfortable couch and a TV for your entertainment.
BEDROOMS One bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a foldable bed and a little office space.
BATHROOM A spacious bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience!
KITCHENETTE A kitchenette that comes well equipped with all the appliances you may require to prepare a delicious homemade meal during your stay!

WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- Please make yourself at home!
- Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
