O apartamento tem sala de jantar com kitchenette equipada e WC anexo de apoio a esta área da casa.
Sistema de Ar condicionado em todos os quartos que providenciam também aquecimento do apartamento no inverno. Na sala de jantar temos também um aquecedor extra.
O alojamento possui um enorme terraço com área lounge e situa-se no segundo piso, cujo acesso é feito através de elevador ou escadas.
