What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Casa da Vila é uma moradia de dois pisos com capacidade máxima para oito pessoas, com três quartos (dois quartos de casal e um com duas camas de solteiro). A moradia tem uma casa de banho com duche e um WC e uma sala de estar/jantar com sofa cama de casal. No piso terreo junto à sala existe uma cozinha equipada, inclusivé com forno e máquina de lavar a loiça. O casa tem também máquina de lavar a roupa e máquina de secar, assim como ferro e tábua de engomar. Aquecimento central com radiadores nas várias divisões da casa. O acesso da rua é completamente independente, não sendo o edifício partilhado com mais ninguém.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
