Located only few steps away from the famous Port Wine cellars and the romantic Douro riverside, our cozy flat is the perfect space to relax, after a long day spent exploring the beautiful cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia and to study. Within walking distance to the new Metro line Ruby, which will open by of 2027. From the flat you have direct and very good access by bus to Casa da Musica and General Torres metro station. Our warm two bedroom flat is tucked away in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood, home to delicious local bakeries, cafes, grocery shops and restaurants. This flat has two single beds and one double bed. Free cleaning service is included and compulsory. Extra cleaning fee is applicable for a three persons occupancy. This flat is ideal for two international students sharing. In case you want a to share with one more student, you should inform the landlord, as the rent increases by fifteen per cent. Maximum capacity accepted is three persons.
Important: Max three persons. An extra fee will be charged if it's more that two people staying in the house.
