It is located in a quiet area with very good access to the motorway (one km), the center of Porto (six km), the center of Matosinhos (five km), shopping centers (three km), the airport (six km), to the Metro (one km away) and the hospital (three km away) and is four km away from the university center. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey property with excellent solar orientation and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living and dining room.
It is composed of three bedrooms with good areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room with a desk for work/study, a bathroom, several storage spaces and a large outdoor area.
Electricity and water costs are included up to an amount of fifty euros per room (one person), if the amount is exceeded, the tenant is responsible to pay for the excess.
