What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The room has twenty square metres and a balcony opening to the main street, though the window doors are hermetic, so it's not noisy when you shut them. There is a door with key for the room, as well as the appartment and there is a code for the gate downstairs. Very safe building. The whole flat has a hundred and twenty square meters, there is a spacious common living room, a kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. There are three other rooms with one person each, and we keep the place clean and friendly.
Electricity is around thirty zl per month and gas from fourty to three hundred per month (summer-winter prices)
