**Dear Tenant please take into account that the minimum stay for our studios and some rooms is one year**
Spring Semester:
The minimum stay is until the end of June, 2024
I. The Landlord requires full months payment, no matter when you check in.
- Please remember that security deposit is paid before the arrival to the Landlord.
- The agency charges a commission in the amount of PLN 200 .
- The deposit amount is shown on our website . It is 1.5 rent plus 400
- There is a possibility to request bed lines for 100PLN paid ones during your stay if you need.
Don't worry, the security deposit is refundable to the Tenant.
Once the booking is accepted you have one week in order to provide the security deposit to the Owner.
- Landlord requires payment of security deposit at signing of contract. The deposit needs to be paid at signing of the contract, after the booking has been confirmed.
- We charge a double deposit in the case of animals.

- The first rent is the rent and cannot be separated into other months.
- Landlord offers annual insurance for its tenants, it is payable once at the beginning. About 40zł. Paid only once at the signing of the contract.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
