Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. **Dear Tenant please take into account that the minimum stay for our studios and some rooms is one year**
Spring Semester:
The minimum stay is until the end of June, 2026
I. The Landlord requires full months payment, no matter when you check in.
- Please remember that security deposit is paid before the arrival to the Landlord.
- The agency charges a commission in the amount of PLN 300 .
- The deposit amount is shown on our website . It is 1.5 rent plus PLN 400
- There is a possibility to request bed lines for PLN 100 paid ones during your stay if you need.
Don't worry, the security deposit is refundable to the Tenant.
Once the booking is accepted you have one week in order to provide the security deposit to the Owner.
- Landlord requires payment of security deposit at signing of contract. The deposit needs to be paid at signing of the contract, after the booking has been confirmed.
- We charge a double deposit in the case of animals.
- The first rent is the rent and cannot be separated into other months.
- Landlord offers annual insurance for its tenants, it is payable once at the beginning. About 50zł. Paid only once at the signing of the contract.
