**PLEASE NOTE:**
- Online check-in and registration are mandatory before arrival (required by Czech law).
- A city tax of **€2.30 per person per night** (for stays under 60 days) must be paid before check-in.
- **Check-in:** from **4:00 PM**. Please share your arrival time. Check-in after **9:00 PM** incurs an extra fee (**€30 until midnight / €50 after midnight**) and must be arranged in advance.
- **Check-out:** by **11:00 AM**.
- No parties. Please respect the building and keep noise to a minimum between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**.
- Please leave the apartment tidy, follow the house instructions, and take care of the keys. Any extra cleaning or key replacement costs will be charged.
- An inventory check will be carried out after your departure, and you may be charged for any damages or missing items.
- Please use the booking platform for all communication.
