The fully furnished apartment has a closet and a dining table with chairs and fully furnished kitchen. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
