We offer a spacious bright apartment, on third floor of a building with access galleries in Karlín. The apartment faces east (living room + bedroom) and north (kitchen), with most windows overlooking the park. The apartment has two bathrooms (with bathtub and shower) and a separate toilet.
It is possible to arrange for additional furnishings. Overall, it is a very practical apartment. Everything is very well maintained. There are blinds on the double casement windows, and you can enjoy pleasant moments sitting on the quiet and shared access gallery. The apartment also includes a basement storage unit and the possibility to park e.g. a motorcycle in a shared enclosed courtyard.
The apartment is located right next to a beautiful park, practically in the center of Prague, where everything is within reach.
