This new room in Prague for rent is located on the first floor. It consists of room, equipped kitchen (new fridge with freezer can be provided, dishes, microwave), new bathroom with shower (shared with one tenant). It’s equipped with basic furniture – bed, table,chairs etc. A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required if the booking period more than three months, otherwise it is half of month’s rent.
