What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Cozy bedroom in Prague! This amazing apartment features a cozy terrace, nice furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, simply put, a lovely long-term stay! If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. Laundry cost - 130CZK per washing with detergents included in the price or 100CZK without detergent. Drying is 80CZK per 30 min, Or there is a drying rack in each room. Guests policy: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied.

    Dear Tenant,



    Cleaning Fee 4500 czk

    • The landlord prefers tenants up to 30 years old.
    • The landlord prefers stays from September to January and from February to June.
    • Check-in has to be done between 9 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and
    • Check-in has to be done between 8.30 am and 3:30 pm on Friday
    • In order for the check-in to be prepared, the tenant has to contact the landlord in advance.
    • The security deposit has to be paid before check-in by bank transfer or credit card.
    • The contract has to be signed before check-in.
    • Based on our policy, the deposit has to be paid on due date set by the landlord.

    • Guests policies:
    • Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice.
    • For an overnight guest, simply let us know in advance, at least 2-3 days. The price is 500 czk / night/person (for the moment, can change based on the economical situation).
    • For overnight guests, there is usually one person accepted for a maximum 5 nights.
    • The overnight guests need to be registered with us for multiple reasons:
    • Safety - we are connected to the fire department - in case of fire to be able to supply correct information to our tenants and for insurance (our tenants are insured based on the contract), new people need to be added.
    • cost - unfortunately energy costs increased enormously and the insurance.
    • Please contact the landlord for any quests or inquiries.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
