We would like to offer you this furnished cozy room in flatshare Prague for rent, with very good access to business districts Pankrác and Brumlovka and Metro C line . Bus and tram station just three minutes walking.
The room has a double bed, work table and extra spacious closet. Also modern kitchen has built-in appliances as washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven.
Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
