The room is fully furnished with an extendable double bed and bedding, bed linens, desk with chair, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers. A new kitchen, all appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave, kettle, washing machine/dryer), shower room with sink and toilet.
Price includes EVERYTHING (internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
