We are pleased to offer a cozy apartment in Smart Apartment Residence Prague, located near Náměstí Bratří Synků — just five minutes from the business districts of Pankrác and Brumlovka and about ten minutes from I. P. Pavlova.
The apartment is on the third floor and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle), a private bathroom, and a double bed. It is fully furnished and ready to move in. From the kitchen, there is access to a small private balcony.
The price includes all utilities (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required; for stays under three months, the deposit is fifty percent of the monthly rent. Proof of accommodation or a business license can be provided.
The apartment is located in the attractive Nusle district with excellent transport connections. The “Náměstí Bratří Synků” tram stop is directly in front of the residence, and Tesco Express is just walk away.
