Tenants must contact the landlord to arrange check in and ensure the deposit has been paid and the contract signed before this. Guests are allowed until mifnight without prior notice, but overnight guests must be requested 2-3 days in advance, at a cost of 500ZK per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
