Check in during the weekend is not available. Check in between Monday and Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm. Tenants must contact the landlord to arrange check in and ensure the deposit has been paid and the contract signed before this. Guests are allowed until mifnight without prior notice, but overnight guests must be requested 2-3 days in advance, at a cost of 500ZK per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights. Dear Tenant,
Before placing the booking please be aware that you can not check-in during the weekend
You would need to rent the room for 5 months.
Cleaning Fee 4500 czk
- The landlord prefers tenants up to 30 years old.
- The landlord prefers stays from September to January and from February to June.
- Check-in has to be done between 9 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and
- Check-in has to be done between 8.30 am and 3:30 pm on Friday
- In order for the check-in to be prepared, the tenant has to contact the landlord in advance.
- The security deposit has to be paid before check-in by bank transfer or credit card.
- The contract has to be signed before check-in.
- Based on our policy, the deposit has to be paid on due date set by the landlord.
- Guests policies:
- Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice.
- For an overnight guest, simply let us know in advance, at least 2-3 days. The price is 500 czk / night/person (for the moment, can change based on the economical situation).
- For overnight guests, there is usually one person accepted for a maximum 5 nights.
- The overnight guests need to be registered with us for multiple reasons:
- Safety - we are connected to the fire department - in case of fire to be able to supply correct information to our tenants and for insurance (our tenants are insured based on the contract), new people need to be added.
- cost - unfortunately energy costs increased enormously and the insurance.
- Please contact the landlord for any quests or inquiries.
