This beautiful tiny apartment in the city center consists of the main room with a new kitchen unit with appliances (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, basic utensils), double bed with, wardrobe, work desk with chair and lamp and other small decorations, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In house on ground floor is shared room with a washer / dryer for NO extra charge. Price includes EVERYTHING (internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
