Welcome to what will be your home during your stay in Barcelona. Completely renovated since March 2020, everything new, decorated and furnished with great taste, very cozy and designed so that you have the best of stays in Barcelona.
Up to 7 people can stay in this large 4-bedroom apartment: two bedrooms with two single beds each, one with a double bed and one with a single bed.
All the rooms are exterior and sunny, have new furniture, have been renovated and have wardrobes, and everything you need to make your stay as complete and pleasant.
The two bathrooms that the apartment has are fully equipped, they are new.
The kitchen is brand new, very modern, with all new appliances. There is a bar with stools for an aperitif or breakfast.
The kitchen leads to a very large laundry area with areas for hanging clothes and a washing machine. This area is totally independent from the kitchen.
The living-dining room decorated with great taste, equipped and very warm is very spacious. In the living room area we find a very comfortable sofa and the latest generation TV, it is perfect to relax, the sun enters the living room throughout the day. The dining area is very cozy, the table is extendable and perfect for the 7 people to eat comfortably.
From the living room you access the terrace, where there is a table with chairs, perfect for lunch, dinner or an aperitif. The terrace has an awning to be calm in the hours of greatest sun, if you want to be in the shade
The apartment has central heating, air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms and the other two bedrooms have a modern ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is free and high-speed. You can also connect by cable

Nesta modalidade a renda é calculada por quinzenas. Caso a entrada na propriedade ocorra na segunda quinzena do mês apenas irá pagar metade do valor da renda. Caso no último mês do arrendamento a saída seja na última quinzena irá pagar o valor total da renda mensal. Por favor tenha em atenção que a primeira quinzena do mês diz respeito ao intervalo entre o dia 1 e 15 do mês e a segunda quinzena diz respeito ao intervalo entre o dia 16 e último dia do mês em questão.

- No smoking; You cannot smoke in any of our apartments. Leaving the apartment smelling of tobacco will mean that you will have to pay the cost of washing curtains, sofa covers and leaving the apartment disinfected for the next client.
- It is forbidden to accommodate any person who is not registered in the contract and registered. In case of detecting this situation, you will be charged additionally for this person as if he were another guest from the beginning and he will be added to the lease, having the same rights and obligations as the rest of the guests.

Mudança
Combine uma data para a entrada na propriedade, recolha das chaves e qualquer outro assunto relacionado directamente com o proprietário. Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
