O proprietário tem 24 horas para responder a um pedido de reserva. Se este aceitar, o seu método de pagamento será cobrado e iremos colocá-lo em contacto com o proprietário. Se o proprietário não aceitar, não se preocupe, não iremos cobrar nada e vamos ajudá-lo a encontrar outras alternativas.
Mudança
Combine uma data para a entrada na propriedade, recolha das chaves e qualquer outro assunto relacionado directamente com o proprietário. Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
