There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment which are available to rent in a student residence in Santo António. The apartment is equipped with an oven and a TV, and you will also have access to a pool, roof terrace, study room, cinema and gym.
Although it is one of the newer neighbourhoods in the city, Santo António still has some spectacular old architecture, including the San Antonio cathedral, one of the only churches to survive the earthquake of 1774.

- Option two: (available for stays of more than 154 days)
- You have the option to pay the rent in 2 installments - half of the rent upfront, and half midway through your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installement will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
- Option 3: (available for stays of more than 308 days)
- You have the option to pay the rent in either 3 or 10 installments - the first installment upfront, and then either 2 more, or 9 more installments during your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installment will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
