Los bares y restaurantes son fácilmente accesibles a pie. Además, gracias al transporte público, podrás llegar rápidamente a multitud de playas para disfrutar de un día de verano en Tenerife. El intercambiador de autobuses está a solo 1 km del apartamento. Es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de su estancia. Está estrictamente prohibido celebrar fiestas o reuniones, recibir visitas, reproducir música o hacer ruidos fuertes que puedan perturbar la paz y la tranquilidad de los vecinos.
