Tiene una ducha exterior, tendedero, sofá,, hamacas, mesa bajo una pérgola y material para hacer deporte.

El interior es diáfano, un espacio abierto. La cocina está equipada con; placa, mini nevera con congelador, microondas grill, hervidor de agua, cafetera, cafetera de cápsulas, plancha para asar, tostadora, exprimidor, batidora y menaje. El grifo de la cocina no tiene agua caliente. Barra con dos butacas y mesa plegable.
En este espacio está la tv de 30 pulgadas y el chromecast con Disney y Prime Vídeo
