El apartamento cuenta con sesenta y cinco metros cuadrados, y terraza y jardín privados de ochenta metros cuadrados, ideal para pasar tiempo en el exterior. El apartamento tiene una habitación con cama doble, una cómoda, armario empotrado y ventilador de techo. Cocina totalmente equipada con placa de inducción. Baño con ducha totalmente reformado y salón comedor . Todas las estancias tienen ventana corredera que da a la terraza. El apartamento cuenta con internet de alta velocidad. Los inquilinos tienen acceso a la piscina comunitaria y a la cancha de pádel. El edificio cuenta con ascensor.
Muy bien situado a pocos metros del mar y la playa. Alrededor cuenta con supermercados, cafés y restaurantes donde disfrutar de ocio. A diez min en coche de Los Cristianos y a quince min en coche del aeropuerto sur de Tenerife. Parada de guaguas y taxis a cinco min caminando.
