Fantástico piso EN ALQUILER en Santa Cruz, al lado de la parada del tranvía de Cruz del Señor y cerca de todos los servicios (Tranvia y autobuses..) AIRE ACONDICIONADO, El piso es totalmente accesible, muy luminoso y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una agradable estancia en la isla. Dispone de una habitación con cama de matrimonio y de un sofá cama en el salón, donde pueden descansar 2 personas, baño completo con plato de ducha y lavadora/secadora, cocina equipada con horno, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera. El salón está provisto de mesa de trabajo. Wifi, televisión con Netflix y Movistar, gastos agua y luz incluidos.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
