El apartamento tiene todo lo básico. Estamos sometidos a la normativa de alquiler vacacional por lo que no se permite la estancia en el apartamento de personas distintas a los huéspedes registrados. Tampoco se permiten celebrar fiestas ni eventos. Todos los viajeros tienen que enviar previamente los datos necesarios para cumplimentar la ficha de registro turístico.
