    Booking conditions:

    Minimum stay: 1 month

    Maximum stay: 3 months

    INDICATIONS: After booking confirmation, future tenants must send the property all the necessary documents like ID or passports and residential address of each person arriving.

    TO KNOW:

    • from the second month, the monthly rent payment must be made no later than the original entry date.

    • Check-in from 3 pm to 8 pm and check out before 11am 

    • Arrivals on festive dates such as Christmas, last day of the year or first day of the year are not accepted

    • The owner provides only the first welcome set of bed linen and towels, other hygiene or cleaning products are not provided.

    • It is forbidden to sit wet on the beds or sofa

    • It is forbidden to organize parties or events inside the apartment and to be silent after 11pm to respect the neighborhood.

    • The apartment must be left clean exactly as it was delivered to you, without personal clothing, food or garbage, otherwise an amount of 200 euros will be deducted from the deposit.

    • Registration is not allowed

    • For any damage found inside the apartment, the entire security deposit will be retained.

    • The security deposit is required as a guarantee of the property and can never be considered as payment of the monthly rent or for any other type of payment, it must be paid in full no later than the day of check-in together with the first monthly rent .

    Early Termination  policy:

    * Once the rental period has begun and 48 hours have passed, it is possible to withdraw from the rental always with at least 30 days notice without incurring penalties, otherwise the entire security deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation of the reservation before the natural expiry as per the original reservation, even with regular notice, the customer is required to compensate the property, where present, the commissions relating to the booking paid to the website on the entire rent, the property will have the right to withhold the aforementioned amount from the security deposit if necessary.

    The security deposit can in no way be considered or used for payments relating to the monthly rent. Upon check-out, if no damage is found to the apartment and all charges have been paid, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
