Luminous and cozy studio flat at sea. Located in the pier city center of the harbor, just in the corner of an old colonial-style square. Three min walking to the beaches. There are two public parkings around the house. Multicultural neighborhood full of life, all kinds of shops, pubs and restaurants. You can relax everyday in the hammock viewing Taoro park! The house is a practical, spacious and comfortable studio flat, which is located in the heart of the port and can be walked everywhere. It is easy to park as there are two large free car parks nearby. One is on the same quay on the esplanade and the other on the corner street (Dr. Ingram) a little further on. If you like running, you can go to Taoro Park five min away and also enjoy spectacular views and terraces from there. From the balcony of the house you can enjoy total intimacy, as there are no neighbours in front, there is a hammock where you can read or relax looking at the Taoro park. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is comfortable to work with the laptop, also on the terrace because there is plug and printer.
