    MAXIMUM STAY: 11 months

    Mandatory cleaning fee:

    • 0/1 room: 150€
    • 2 rooms: 150€

    • 4 rooms: 200€
    • 5+ rooms: 250€

    CHECK-IN TIME (Monday to Sunday): 16:00h to 21:00h (if the apartment has electronic lock: Late move-in free of charge)

    CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00h

    OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (Paid separately):

    • Pets: 50€/pet (only if pets are allowed in the apartment)
    • Cleaning service extra (consult costs)
    • Transfer from/to airport (consult costs)
    • Half board every week - 35€
    • Early move-in - 30€
    • Late move-in - 35€

    HOURS OF SILENCE:

    • Monday to Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
    • Saturday to Sunday from 00:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    • Parties are not allowed in the apartments.
    • Keep the TV and music in a normal tone.

    OTHER RULES:

    • Garbage must be deposited in the containers that are enabled for this purpose outside the building at the established hours.
    • The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the people indicated in the booking request.
    • The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
    • If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
    • Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
    • It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
    • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
    • Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
