La stanza è dotata di: letto matrimoniale 160x200, mobilia di qualità con ampio armadio 4 stagioni, scrivania con cassettiera, comodino, mensole, specchio, libreria. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio. al piano superiore dell'appartamento si accede ad un lastrico solare di porprietà molto panoramico ed utilizzabile con la riserva idrica presente
