What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Amazing sunny 4-bedroom student flatshare accommodation in the historical centre of Setúbal close to the beach. The flat offers great views of the old city, the river, Troia and the Arrabida Natural Park. The bus stop/train station to the Politécnico is just outside the flat with only 20 mins travelling time to the university. The train to Lisbon is also nearby. Located right at the heart of Setubal, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cultural and sport centres, gyms nearby and stunning beaches to explore! The rooms are very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. There's also a payable launderette in the building. The accommodation is situated on the 5th floor - the building has a lift. All rooms have excellent Wi-Fi connection with fast reliable speeds. The apartment has a shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and a study and a south-facing balcony.
