Appartamento completamente arredato per massimo 4 persone (con un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli come da foto). La camera matrimoniale ha un bagno padronale con vasca idromasaaggio e per la cameretta un bagno con doccia idromassaggio e lavatrice. Per gli ospiti sono a disposizione una grande sala con tavolo da pranzo e una cucina abitabile.
L'abitazione dista a 10 minuti di cammino dalla stazione di Cesano Maderno (FNM) collegata con Saronno (20 min), Malpensa (40 min) Bovisa-Mi (18 min) milano Cadorna (25 min). Ideale per studenti (sopratutto Bovisa politecnico) ma anche lavoratori.
UTENZE Il costo delle utenze ammonta a 130 euro al mese. Sarà fatto un conguaglio a fine locazione.
CONDOMINIO Il costo del condominio ammonta a 220 euro al mese. Sarà fatto un conguaglio a fine locazione.

The double bedroom has a master bathroom with hydromassage tub and for the bedroom a bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine. A large room with dining table and an eat-in kitchen are available for guests.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Cesano Maderno (FNM) station connected to Saronno (20 min), Malpensa (40 min) Bovisa-Mi (18 min) Milan Cadorna (25 min). Ideal for students (especially Bovisa Polytechnic) but also workers.
UTILITIES The cost of utilities amounts to €130 per month. A settlement will be made at the end of the lease.
CONDOMINIUM FEES The cost of the condominium fees amounts to €220 per month. A settlement will be made at the end of the lease.
