This large 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Managua in Seville's authentic and central Macarena area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and you can enjoy them at the dining table or on the large balcony, which can be used year round as it is glassed in. There is also a living room with plenty of seating and stylish furniture.
Living here you will be in a central part of the city with a true village feel to it. Many of the city's most popular sights, such as the La Virgen de Esperanza Macarena, Basílica de la Macarena and Alamillo Park are close by. The property is in a calm residential part to the north of the area and with a bus stop right on the door step, you can easily explore the entire city.

- The balcony is huge and can be used year round as it is glassed in.
- All the rooms have plenty of storage space.
- There is a cosy dining area in the equipped kitchen.
