This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is a traditional Sevillian family home with lovely decorative tiling.
The best part of these traditional homes are the large common areas. There is a well-sized living room/dining room that comes fully furnished, and a spacious kitchen that has plenty of storage space and a small table. Both rooms come fully furnished and have exterior views that lets in plenty of natural light.
Macarena is one of Seville's most authentic neighborhoods and is home to families who have been living there for generations. The area is popular with students due to its affordable prices and proximity to some unviersity departments. Located on Calle Blanca Paloma, you will experience the charm of ¨barrio¨ life with plenty of neighborhood bars and corner shops. Although not known for its nightlife you can head to nearby Alameda, which has delicious restaurants, music bars and clubs, and plenty of terrace bars.
What we liked the most
- You can have a nice meal in the living room a quick breakfast in the kitchen.
- Macarena is one of the closest neighborhoods to Seville's hidden gem – Parque del Alamillo.
- Medical students have the Universidad de Sevilla - Facultad de Medicina just a 10-minutes walk away.
- The windows face a pedestrian plaza keeping your free from traffic noise.
