Stylish and bright three-bedroom apartment with terrace in Los Remedios, one of Sevilla’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.
Located on a very quiet street, the apartment is ideal for temporary stays for professionals, remote workers, sabbaticals or retirees.
The fully furnished apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, an open fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace facing a peaceful courtyard and a balcony overlooking a leafy residential street.
Each bedroom includes a workspace and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout the year.
The neighborhood offers cafés, local shops and a relaxed residential atmosphere while remaining very central and in walking distance to the historic center.
Electricity is included for normal household use.
A temporary rental agreement will be signed before check-in. Please note, the apartment is exclusively offered for temporary stays in accordance with local regulations.
