Nice and comfortable one bedroom flat with communal courtyard a few meters from the Arco and the Basilica de la Macarena. It has heating, air conditioning and wifi. A sofa bed is also available.
The kitchen is integrated in the living room with all the necessary equipment: Dole Gusto coffee machine, kettle, oven/microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc.... The living room has a large sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people and a TV. There is terrace furniture in case you would like to enjoy a coffee or aperitif outside.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom.
The flat is located in a very quiet area. A few meters away you have bus stops, taxi, bicycle and scooter rental. The city centre is a 20 minute walk away. The Alameda de Hercules is 10 minutes away and Isla Magica is 8 minutes away.
