Spotahome's opinion
The comfortable rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Calle San Clemente are practically smack in the center of downtown Seville. Walking through the front door, you enter the open communal area of the dining and living room. It's a huge space with a four-seat table, a large sofa, and two comfy chairs, along with a small shelving unit and side table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dish ware, and there is a fridge, stovetop, microwave, lots of shelving space, and a small countertop oven. The shared bathroom has a shower stall, and you’ll find a washing machine in a separate laundry room.
Centro/Casco Antiquo is a fantastic neighborhood to live in. The apartment is a mere 5-minute walk from the famous Alcázar Palace, and you are pretty much within a quick stroll to all of the major city sights. The area, known also as the old town, is filled with quaint narrow streets that are easy to enjoy getting lost in. The surrounding architecture is incredible, but there are plenty of more practical things around, too. The supermarket is 3 minutes away and there is a bookstore, bank, thrift shops and a health club only 5-minutes away.

What we liked the most
- The common areas of the apartment are very spacious, and your room has a private key.
- A nearby supermarket is handy, but you're only a 13-minute stroll to the fresh produce at Mercado de la Encarnación.
- The neighborhood is full of narrow, maze-like streets waiting to be explored.
- Most of the city's popular tourist sites are within walking distance from your apartment.
