Contract fee: 90.-€ Short-term lease policy: 7 to 11 months: +65.-€/month. 4 to 6 months: +90.-€/month. 1 to 3 months: +150.-€/month. The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly.
