Contract fee: ninety.-€ Short-term lease policy: seven to eleven months: +sixty five€/month. four to six months: +ninety.-€/month. one to three months: +one hundred fifty.-€/month. The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. Security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement, before checkin. Tenants have seven days to execute the contract and transfer the deposit.
