Su ambiente tranquilo y confortable la convierte en un espacio perfecto para estudiar y descansar.
La vivienda está cuidada y ofrece un entorno limpio, tranquilo y respetuoso. La propietaria reside en el piso, manteniendo siempre un ambiente agradable y respetando la privacidad del estudiante.
La ubicación es excelente, con muy buena comunicación mediante transporte público hacia las principales universidades. Además, a pocos metros encontrarás supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías y todos los servicios necesarios para el día a día.
