    • For bookings with duration of less than 3 months, the deposit is 300 €
    • For bookings with a duration of 3 months or more, a deposit of 750 € must be paid before check in, at the time of signing the contract.
  • It is possible to use all the common areas (meeting and studying rooms, garden, it has surveillance, maintenance service included).
  • There is a laundry service (this will be paid separately)
  • Required documentation: - ID / Passport
  • Your landlord speaks: Spanish and English
  • Important: The adapted rooms are reserved only for people with special needs.
  • Notice: The deposit is 750€ for stays of more than 3 months, but the deposit for stays of 1 to 3 months is 300€.
