- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- For bookings with duration of less than 3 months, the deposit is 300 €
- For bookings with a duration of 3 months or more, a deposit of 750 € must be paid before check in, at the time of signing the contract.
- It is possible to use all the common areas (meeting and studying rooms, garden, it has surveillance, maintenance service included).
- There is a laundry service (this will be paid separately)
- Required documentation: - ID / Passport
- Your landlord speaks: Spanish and English
- Important: The adapted rooms are reserved only for people with special needs.
- Notice: The deposit is 750€ for stays of more than 3 months, but the deposit for stays of 1 to 3 months is 300€.
It is not necessary to pay the registration fee to book with us.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
