The house is located in the emblematic neighborhood of Triana, very characteristic and well-known. It is an area with a lot of daily influx, with multitudes of shops that will facilitate your day to day. It is well connected with other areas of the city due to its proximity to metro line 1 and buses. If you are going to study at the Polytechnic School, you can walk in just a few minutes. It is also an excellent option if you go to the Viapol and UPO Campus, given its proximity to the L1 metro station. In addition, it has a very easy connection to the Cartuja Campus in Seville by bus.
It is currently considered one of the most attractive neighborhoods in the city, which will make you really enjoy your stay in Seville.
